Welcome to Jorite! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jorite.com website and any services provided by Jorite ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• To transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• To interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, VAT/taxes, and issuance of receipts/invoices. Pricing and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jorite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jorite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms. In no event shall our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jorite, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy all copies of any materials you have obtained from the Site.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer (buying for personal, non-business use), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date the transaction is completed, without giving any reason. To cancel, notify Jorite support via email at support@jorite.com before the 14-day period ends.

If cancellation is made as above, Jorite will refund all payments received from you, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. No cancellation fee will be charged.

After the 14-day period, refunds are possible only under the following conditions:

• The product is materially not as described, faulty, or fails to perform as advertised.
• There is a technical issue on our side preventing delivery or use.
• Refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.

If eligible under these conditions, you must request a refund within 30 days after becoming aware of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval, using the original payment method.

For subscriptions: You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support to prevent future renewals. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you’re eligible for a full refund of that payment. If you cancel after 14 days, no refund is given for the remaining period already paid (unless there’s a fault or mis-description as stated above). In all cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until then.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
